Subprocessors
Anchor Cyber Security LLC uses the following third-party service providers (subprocessors) to deliver the Anchor Insight platform. These subprocessors may process personal data on our behalf.

Data Processing Agreements
We maintain Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with all subprocessors that process personal data on our behalf. These agreements ensure that subprocessors:
- Process data only on our documented instructions
- Ensure appropriate security measures are in place
- Assist with data subject rights requests
- Delete or return data upon termination of services
- Allow for and contribute to audits and inspections
Updates to Subprocessors
We may update our list of subprocessors from time to time. When we add new subprocessors that process personal data, we will:
- Update this page with the new subprocessor information
- Ensure appropriate DPAs are in place before processing begins
- Notify enterprise customers per their contractual requirements
